- Recent polling shows OVER 75% of Pennsylvania voters would support a statewide smokefree law for workplaces, restaurants, bars and casinos
- E-cigarette use in workplaces and public places MUST be addressed for health and safety as well as enforcement. This bill will make workplaces vape free
- Everyone deserves the right to breathe smokefree air
The impact of this law is significant. The Commonwealth is home to 12 million+ people that are seriously lacking smokefree protections.
