Last night, the Nashville Metro Council approved a smokefree and e-cigarette free ordinance for age-restricted venues that will implement in March 2023. The measure was approved by a landslide with 30 council members voting in support of the ordinance.

THANK YOU for taking action! Your calls, messages and shares all helped us to reach this point - the first local ordinance to pass in the state of Tennessee post preemption repeal.
